Here is the TAST stitch of the week: Inverted Feather Stitch
And here is one of my many catch-up stitches I need to do from last year:
The Drizzle Stitch!
I'm having problems with my blogging, so I need to get this posted and quit. I have too many other things to do right now!!!!!
Oh I like your drizzle stitch!
ReplyDeleteThe Drizzle stitch picture is so sunny and makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteYou have shown how, with the change of thread, the Inverted Feather can look so very different. Great work.
Thank you all for your kind comments.
ReplyDeletethe drizzle stitch really caught my eye, it is a stitch that has a lot of potential. Your inverted feather has worked well, think you enjoyed doing it more than I did, it is not a stitch for me.
ReplyDeleteMargaret,
DeleteI really didn't want to do the inverted feather stitch, but I really want to do all of the stitches to get ideas of what you can do with them so I did it anyway. I was surprised at how it turned out.
I really like what you can do with the drizzle stitch. Thanks for your comments!
I love what you have done with these stitches. Your embroidery is stunning.
