TAST 2012 Week 43 Buttonhole Wheel Cup and more catch up!

I am actually on time this week with my TAST Stitch.  Here is a picture of what I have done.

I love how this looks with thicker threads. I really like the rayon ribbon on the bottom right.  I also like the shine of the silk in the top right.

Here are 3 more stitches that I finished in the last week or so.

My eight year old son thinks the one above looks like a water bug.

I used beads instead of a french knot for some of these stitches.

Now I only need to do one more, and I will be all caught up!

  1. You HAVE been busy! Doesn't it feel nice to catch up? I like the different look your various Buttonhole Wheel Cups have, and the Pekinese stitches are awesome, as it the Italian Border star.

  2. Thank you so much for the comments. I really like the buttonhole wheel cup. I think you could do a great underwater scene using this stitch ( along with other ones).

  3. Oh such beautiful samplers, love the first cup-stitch one! Well done!

  4. Really nice stitching Valerie and great variations.

  5. just popped in from Sharon`s link on pintangle, great examples of the stitches, will join your band of followers.

  6. I never would have thought to do this one with ribbon. I really like how it looks. Great catch up stitches, too. I need to do that, too.
